Sam Henson:聽Tell me about your role and the role that Tes plays in the sector.
Jon Severs:聽We have narrowed our focus to four distinct areas: to inform the audience, to interpret policy and research to the audience, to challenge the audience and then to act as a forum for shared best practice. If we hit those four areas, we are helping create better outcomes. We鈥檙e here as a servant to the sector and we try and react to what the sector needs.
