The increase fully complies with the recommendations of the , to which º£½ÇÉçÇø contributes, in order to share our member’s’ views and influence decisions such as today’s. This decision aligns with the º£½ÇÉçÇø's longstanding support for fair and proportional pay for all school staff. º£½ÇÉçÇø has consistently stressed the importance of ensuring that pay raises for non-teaching management do not exceed those given to teaching staff. This announcement demonstrates a balanced approach to remuneration. Ìý
