Emma Balchin, director of professional development at 海角社区 said:

鈥淚 am thrilled that we can now invite experienced governance professionals and volunteers to apply for this opportunity. Being an NLG is a fantastic way to further impact the education and wellbeing of children and young people by improving the effectiveness of governance in the schools and trusts which need it most. It offers a new challenge, a development opportunity and flexibility. Gaining NLG status through the reformed programme is a great recognition of the skills, experience and credibility you have developed through your dedication to school or trust governance.鈥
