As Head of Content, Ella takes the lead on coordinating content development across the organisation. She also oversees 海角社区鈥檚 Knowledge Centre, ensuring members can find information and guidance on a range of governance topics.听听

Before joining 海角社区, Ella worked in the retail sector as a buyer and category manager and has experience in project management and product development. Ella brings her customer-focused approach to 海角社区, supporting and responding to the evolving needs of the membership base.听

Ella was a governor at a primary school in Birmingham and is now a trustee at a local charity that provides specialist alternative provision.
